Terms of Use

The operator of the Application is:

GroupListo is a web-based application primarily designed for:

• contact and prospect management,
• tracking contact attempts and meetings,
• building teams and sponsor-based structures,
• collaboration within teams.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or extend the functionality of the Application at any time.

Use of the Application requires registration. The user:

• must provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential,
• must not share access to their account with third parties.

Certain features of the Application are available only through paid subscription plans.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
• Available features depend on the selected plan.
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Prices and subscription plans are published on the Application’s website and may be changed.

After subscription cancellation:

• the user account may remain stored in the system for a limited period,
• the user may restore the account during this period,
• after this period, all data may be permanently deleted.

The exact data retention period after cancellation may be adjusted in the future.

The user:

• is solely responsible for all data entered into the Application,
• confirms they have the legal right to process and store personal contact data,
• must not use the Application in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

The Service Provider is not responsible for user-generated content.

The Application allows linking user accounts through a sponsorship structure.

• Sponsors may access team member data within the scope of the Application’s features.
• Users may mark contacts as hidden from their sponsor.

The Service Provider is not responsible for how users handle or process data within their teams.

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy.

All data is stored on servers located within the European Union.

The Service Provider aims to ensure high availability of the Application but:

• does not guarantee uninterrupted operation,
• is not liable for outages caused by technical issues or external factors.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Application’s website. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
